“ Absolutely love this place. I don't live in the area but I frequent the mountains off highway 2 and this is the go to for before and after. Amazing food! The fries are spectacular and everything taste fresh although we didn't care for the hummus. They should put some of the sauce into the hummus or add peppers to give it a flavor boost and a kick. I will be back time and again! ”

“ I agree that this is probably the best value for your gyro dollar in probably the state. Ate here twice over Labor Day Weekend, gyro sandwich 2 for 11 and the combo, also 11 I didn't really like the seasoning on the fries, it seemed to be regular dried oregano. So get the fries plain. Doesn't look like much but the combo was filling, acceptable meat to veg ratio. 11/18 update: Fantastic gyro combo, see photo. Fast, friendly service. Gyro stop across the street charges 15 for a gyro and fries, Chicago is 11 WITH canned soda! If you're hungry and frugal, go for the 2 gyros for 10 and drive to McDonald's or BK across the street, who usually have an app deal for cheap fries. I'd prefer fries from Chicago Gyros to avoid the stress of traffic. Also to help support the truck. Thanks! I recommend diet Coke with their food. Cuts thru the richness of the feta and meat, cleans the palette. ”
